Reflection 6: The beautiful place we call camp

Dear Families and Supporters, It is so hard to believe is our last full day of Camp Kivita summer 2019. Lots of emotions today! We are so incredibly fortunate to be hosted by Camp Wenonah and the beautiful space and team they share with us. Joining forces has helped us grow both physically in number and program, as well as in passion and spirit as an organization. This morning's post is dedicated to the phenomenal Wenonah team- starting with Jeff B - the remarkable person who really makes everything happen, to our incredible camp program director Dan (and his awesome family support team!), to Caron who thoughtfully supports Kivita all year behind the scenes and has helped in so many ways it’s hard to articulate our immense gratitude. It is also dedicated to the amazing Wenonah staff and team who give their hearts, passion, and hard work each day. and to the truly awesome Wenonah campers - thank you for sharing your magnificent space and energy with us! Walking around camp and seeing your kindness, your warmth and joy, your energetic singing and cheering alongside our campers - we are beyond grateful to everyone of you! Camp 2019 has been an epic success thanks to all of you! Finally, we wanted to share the beautiful space at Wenonah in Bracebridge, Ontario. It is hard to adequately describe the camp space other then breathtaking perfection. It is a slice of paradise, awe inspiring in its natural beauty and simplicity. Have a look at some of the beautiful sites from around our beloved camp.                                                                                                                                         Have a wonderful Friday! Yours in camping Stacey on behalf of the team
